Privacy policy

In short

This site doesn't track you. There's no analytics, no ad pixels and no cookie of our own. We only get your personal data if you write to us yourself.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is the band Red Lust. You can reach us at [email protected].

The contact form and email

When you send a message, we receive your name, your email address and what you wrote. We use them only to reply and to handle the matter, such as booking a gig. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you're asking about a show, steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep the correspondence for as long as the matter is ongoing, and afterwards only for as long as we may need it to arrange things later. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who else handles the data

  • Web3Forms delivers messages from the form to our inbox. Its servers may be outside the European Economic Area.
  • Google (Gmail) hosts our inbox, where your message ends up.
  • Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any server, it logs technical data such as your IP address and browser in order to deliver pages and protect them from attacks.

Transfers outside the EEA rely on the safeguards these companies provide, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and embedded content

We don't set any cookies. YouTube videos and Spotify players load only when you click them. From that moment YouTube or Spotify can save its own cookies on your device under its own privacy policy. Until you click, your browser doesn't connect to Spotify, and it fetches only the video thumbnail from YouTube. Once you turn Spotify on, we remember that in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again, also on later visits. You can withdraw it below.

Links to our social media profiles take you to those platforms, and their own rules apply there.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object to the processing. Just write to [email protected]. If you think we're handling your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Poland that's the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
